Beginning in 2005, the Daffodil Festival implemented a program called “Educator of the Year.” Each of the Princesses select an educator from their school, who they believe has supported, influenced, and played a major role during their high school career. Each of the educators selected will be recognized at the Daffodil Festival Princess Promenade, The Queen’s Coronation and the Grand Floral Street Parade.

The Festival would like to thank Jaguar of Tacoma at Fife and Lexus of Tacoma at Fife for their generous contributions to make this special program a reality.
